there can be a handful causes of blood in urine .

important thing is to know whether there is associated pain during before or after urine passage and is there any sensation of burning or itching while passing urine. Blood appears at start or end of urine stream or is mixed in urine. what is the colour of blood is it fresh red or dusky or brown?is there any associated symptom of fever or vomiting.

most common cause include infection of lower urinary tract and urinary tract stones plus it can be after any trauma or drug intake or some blood disorder etc stc.

Reply:simplest reason of any infection is poor hygiene/cleanliness or weakened defence/immune system . you need to drink pleny of water/fluids(juices and milk) and need to have good clealiness of the area and do not hold urine for longer time periods.

Reply:most of people have darker perineum/genital area and the reason is  sex hormones . your sex hormones also do effect that area and cause pigmention and darker skin. its natural and not related to personal actions. better avoid creams for this purpose as it would be fruitless but if eager use any lotion/cream with vitamin A E or retenoids in it
