Soft Breasts After Breast Feeding - How To Make Breasts Hard?

mairy friend ki shadi ko 5 saal ho gay hain  3 bachay hain jinhain us nay paidaish k bad apna dhoodh pilaya tha ab masla yai hai k us ki breasts bohat ziada naram ho gai hain or us k hasband yai bat bar bar kahtay rahtay  hain k us ki breasts thori hard honi chahiyain jis ki waja say mairy friend bohat hi paraishan hain .... i request to all k please help her by giving good advise to make the breasts hard thanx

second yai k un ki age 28 years hai or un ki breast i think dhoodh pilanay ki waja say naram ho gain hain koi to hal ho ga koi exersise ya koi medi...

ya phir koi daisi garailoo totka hi sahi actually she is very upset  and i want to help her and i will be very thankfull to the person who can help me in this metter
