 Loose And Childish Skin :What Are Causes And Treatment ?
assalamo alikum dr sahb. dr sahb me ne pehle bhi aap se consult kiya tha in endocrine problems section..dr sahb me ne aap ko btaya tha k me 22 years ka hon but me bilkul 15 years ka lagta hun..i have childish and loose skin.i am beardless,aur mere baki jism p bhi baal nae hain.to aap ne mujhe kisi endocrinologist se consult krne ko kaha tha to me ne consult kiya aur us doctor ne mujhe 3 test krwane ke liye diye. "1,FSH ,2,LH 3,TESTOSTERONE" test krwane k bad me ne unko reports dikhaye to un k mutabik teeno tests clear hain..aur unho ne mujhe 2 tablets lene ko kaha,per me unse satisfied nae hua,to ab mujhe kuch smajh nae aa rha hai k agr teeno test clear hain to meri is tarah ki condition kyun hai??mere sath kiya problem hai?please mujhe further koi advice dein k ab me kya karun.

Decresed Secondary Sex Characters: What are the Reasons? you can write the results of ur hormone levels here that is of FSH,LH and Testosterone. Some doctors also do suggest serum estradiol level,serum prolactin and thyroid hormone levels. if ur doctor has not suggested might it be that he does not feel the requirement for them
plus u can write the name of tablet here.
one thing more if ur results are normal and still u have childlike face and loose baby like skin or absence of beard then its hereditary .And u dont have any sex hormone related problem |

salam thankyou dr sahb for your kind reply. sir my "testosterone level is 660.0 ng/dl",,"FSH level is 1.60mlu/ml" and "my LH level is 3.80 mlu/ml"..and sir he suuggested me two tablets ie 1,... and the other is....sir i am much worried i want to get mature and look mature and i want to gain weight aswell,please advice me something,sir this is not hereditary i can assure you that. |

Re:Loose and Childlike skin Yes ur testosterone and other levels are fine. Doctor propably decided to give u testosterone to increase its level so u may acquire mature look as upper limit can be upto 1000-1200ng/dl. PLUS the other is multivitamin. IF u had a complete endocrinology workup and all is clear then u must do as ur doctor says. PLUS noorclinic is a virtual clinic so U cant visit its doctors. |

Re: topical medicines for beard growth u need to consult a skin specialist for that (dermatologist).
plus u can follow ur physician the medi he gave u i told are male hormonal replacement u may get with them some more male features or may be ur genetics are not designed for this.There are many people living with this , if u R else fine then try to adapt with it. |

re: medicines to grow beard i asked you to get a skin specialists opinion. Its like if u donot have hair buds(follicle) no drug or topical preperation can make you grow beard .its best you live with what you have. Drugs that are to make beard thick etc are still under trials(for being able to grow beard). consulting a skin specialist doesnt mean getting a beard it means leaving no stone unturned ! |

RE: beard issue having beard or no beard doesnt show who you are. Its that real beauty is skin deep. U overcome ur complex first if u are confident that what u ave is the best for u no one can make fun of u.
