main ne periods k 14th day ko ultrasound kerwaya.jo k bilkul theek tha..largest follicle right ovary mein 26mm tha..doctor ko report dekhai thi..unhon ne kaha k ivfc 5000 inj lagwa lein..MASHAALLAH se iss baarbhi ultrasound wali report theek aai hai..iss baar phir doctor ne cyclogest 400mg 19th day se use kerne ko kaha hai..

mera sawal yeh hai k kab tak ovulation ho ghi?aur aisa bhi hota hai k egg bhi mature ho aur phir bhi ovulation na ho..plz mujhay detail mein iss bare mein bata dein..kyun k pehle bhi 2 baar reports bilkul theek aai thi..but pregnency nahi hui..

aur humain kab tak intercourse kerna chaiye.mera cycle 30 ya 31 hota hai..aur kya 24 ya 25 day kobhi ovulation ho sakti hai?

Nidaa, waisa to 100% surity kay sath kuch kehna mushkil hai keh ovulation kab ho gee magar chances yehi hain keh ovulation aap kay ultrasound kay within the next day or so ho gae ho gee, inshallah.

Jee haan, unfortunately yeh true hai keh aisa possible hota hai keh egg mature ho aur ovulation nah ho sakay. Ovulation depends upon a number of things, including LH levels at mid cycle.

Agar aap ka cycle 30 yaa 31 days kaa hai to most likely ovulation day 16 yaa day 17 par ho gee, aur iska liya aap ko around day 10 day to day 18 alternate days par intercourse karna chahye, inshallah that would increase your chances.

Generally, agar cycle 30 yaa 31 days kaa ho to ovulation day 24 yaa 25 ko hona kay chances kam hain, most likely day 16 yaa day 17 kaa chance hai.

pregnency se pehle bhi mujhya kafi baar issi tarah ka infection ho chuka hai.

mera sawal yeh hai k periods k baad se mujhay yellow aur light brown sa discharge ho raha hai..aur vagina mein jalan aur irritation feel hoti hai ..aur kuch dinon se mere haath paon mei bhi jalan hoti hai.

aaj periods ka 10th day hai.aur agar aaj mein aur mere husband secnidal forte medicine use kerte hain..jaisa k mein pregnency k liye bhi try ker rahi hoon..to iss se koi side effect to nahi ho gha...

aur second sawal hai.jo mein ne symptoms batai hain..canesten vaginal tab use ker sakte hain..aur agar 10th ya 11th day ko use kerte hain to iss se koi side effect to nahi hota..mera poochne ka matlab yeh hai k aisa bhi hota hai k is k use se sperms dead ho jate hain..

agar 11th day ko tablet use kerin to kitne din tak vagina mein iss tab ka asar rehta hai..

Canesten , vaginal yeast infection kay liya hai, its safe to use in early pregnancy. Koshish karain keh apna diet mein yogurt kaa use zyada kar daian, aur apna private area jitna zyada dry rakhain gee utna hee yeast infection mein helpful ho gaa. Even shower laina kaa baad bhee apna vaginal area blow dry kar lain kapra pehanna say pehla. Aur cotton undergarments use karain.Waisa behtar thaa keh aap doctor ko dikha daiten takeh yeh patah chal jaata keh kiya waqai yeast infection hai.

mein aap se tsh hormone k bare mein janna chahti hoon..k mujhay 12th day ho gaye hai thyroxin tab chore hue..aur mein ne kal tsh ka test kerwaya ..report theek hai?

Q_NEX, I am not sure keh aap na medicine ka naam saheeh likha hai. Did you mean Qnexa?? Myfol, folic acid supplement hai, jo aap ka liya bohot zaroori hai. Duphaston, generally irregular menses ko regular karna kay lia dee jaati hai. Kia aap kay periods iss waqt regular hain yaa irregular?

Aap ka husband ka semen analysis mein 2-4 wbc/hpf thay, which is considered normal. Magar kuch doctors sirf itna wbc ke presence par bhee infection ke possibility consider karta hoa antibiotic prescribe kar daita hain. Augmentin aik antibiotic hai jo aap kee doctor na yeh soch kar prescribe ke hai keh shayad aap kay husband kay semen mein jo 02-04 WBC/HPF they, woh infection ke wajah say thay. In any case, sirf itni small quantity mein WBC hona generally normal consider kia jaata hai. Haan agar 7 yaa 7 say zyada hoon then antibiotic should be prescribed.

Refert f aik multivitamin ha jo aap kay husband ke sperm health ko improve karna kay lia hai. Baharhaal, I don't think he needs it, magar agar doctor na prescribe kia hai to dai dain, iska koi aisa nuqsaan bhee nahin.
