yes u can there r some workout u can do to reduce ur hips but i don't konw how to do that exercise,if u go to gym a trainer can help u with that or u can look it up on google. |

Hips' Exercises Exercise # 1 Seedhe leat jaein aur apne donon tangoon ko uppar uthaein saath aur phir neeche lein jaein.
Exercise # 2 Ulte laith jaein aur apne donon tangoon ko Qamar se milane ki koshish karein.. sirf koshish karei.. milana nahi hai ok.
Exercise # 3 Side way ma laith jaein or tangoon ko upper neeche karein.
Mujhey yahi asaan exercise pata thein... iss se app ki Qamar kam ho jaey gee side ki tou Hips bhi khudh ba khudh kam ho kat round and ideal shape ma aajein gaey...

mera mashwara hai ke aap moring mein walk kiya karo..kisi park mein ja kar almost 1hr.
ya ghar ke kaam kiya karo...yeh bhi bhut achi exercise hai |

greatlady If u want to reduce ur hips, remember only 3 words "EAT GOOD and WORKOUT".
1) Low Fat food: That is eat less oily food, no sweets, No fried Stuff and No Junk Food(Pizza, Burger). Eat small meals 6 times a day instead of 3 bigger meals.
2) WORKOUT: The only way to reduce Fat is through Cardio Excercise only, Cardio Excercies are Walking and Running only. So doing a Combination of both Walking and Running will help a lot. That do doing at morning times will help to burn more fat. Walking and running also increases Metamolism which help in burning the fat even after you stop doing excersis.
3) for How long to Continue: You should have dedication and self control to do all this, If u can not stop eating Fat food, there is no way to reduce weight. If you cant workout you will keep on increase the weight. You should continue this until you find the expected results on the weight machine..
Running and Walking helps you to loose weight equally from all parts of the body.
Above mentioned passage can be benifitial for you.

agreed to all... Walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling & Swimming are best exercises in reducing fats. |
