 Plz resolve my Problem
Dr. Rizwan & other all members of this forum.

Meri age 22 hai. mere sath 2 problms hai. jo muje lagta hai hand_practice ki waja se hoi hai.
1st problem ye hai k meri hieght 5.1" hai. jo k male personality k lie normal nahi. ALLAH k fazal me meri shakl o surat boht achi hai. (Aise mere friends n mangeter kehti hai)
2nd problem ye hai k meri eyes k gird halkey ban gaye hai. meri eyes k rang light green hai.jis per ye halkey boht bure lagte hai. aise lagta hai k main koi nasha karta hon. hala k maine kabi sharab ya cigret ko hath b nahi lagaya.
Last 6 months e maine hand_practice chor chuka hon.5 time ki namaaz b parta hon. Zehan me koi galt kheyal nahi ane deta. phir b ye 2no problems still remain hai. muje boht pareshani horahi hai. ager parhaiz k sath koi medicine b leni thi to muje prescribe kar dey. maine kabi kisi dr. se mashwara nahi kia.kio k muje sharam ati hai.
Kindly aap meri problem solve kardey. main aap ko hamesha apni Duayo me yaad rakhooga. Or dear forum members kindly aap log b muje koi mashwara dey. i m waiting ur reply. Thanks

height allah ne banaya hai ap ka masla dar asal koi masla hinahi. kuch bato ko allah ki marzi samajh kar tasleem kar le. 22 years mai height ko mazeed nahibarhaya ja sakta. ap ke ankhon ke gird jo halqe hai wo os waq tak rahe ge jab tak ap yeh haqeeqat nahi tasleem kar lete keh allah ne ap ko jaisa banaya hai theek banaya hai. allah ka shuk ada kare aur height ke chakar mai na pare. ap ke eye ke gird halqa khatam ho jai ga. |

Asslam-0-Allakum,
Right said by kali_zuban that masla haay naheen aap nain khud banaya haay. Height is not the main thing. Second thing kaay ankhoon kaay gird halkay hain, please take good care of your diet and also take good sleep. Most of time less sleep is attributed to these circles.Sometime people suggest kaay * Tamatar koo kaat kaay oas kaa gooda waghira cheray pay malain and khaas toor paay ankhoon kaay gird.
Dosra zaida easy method haay kaay jis tara namaz main sajda kartay hain waisey hee sajday kee position main zaida dair tak rahain , har namaz kaay baad ais position main 5 minute tak , Inshallah very soon your problem will be solved.

Dear member... meri problem to aap ko problem hi nahi lagi.. Meri mangeter ki hight 5.6 hai. or meri 5.1" hai. so aap khud andaza kare k meri zehni kafiet is problme ko le ker k kia hogi...?
Saruzi ka tareeka main zaroor apnayooga, phir b meri Dr. Rizwan se request hai k wo muje koi na koi hieght ki medicine suggest kardey. ye meri poori zindagi ka sawaal hai. Is me koi shak nahi k ALLAH ne muje boht khoobsurat banaya hai. per ye mashra muj per zaroor hansey ga jab main apni BV k sath bahir niklooga, or sb ki nazro me meri choti hieght aye gi.
Plz muje koi acha sa mashwara dy... I m waiting ur reply..

Dear nasir its true keh ab aap ki height barhna mushkil hai.after 20 yrs height nahi barhti.lekin yaar aap is ko psychological problem na banao... Allah ne agar aap ko aik cheez kum di hai to 10 cheezin aisi bhi di hoon gi jo doosroon mein nahi hain.. so don't b so wooried ....
by da way dunia ke kai bare or mashoor log (like Rodolf Hitler...jis ne puri dunia ko 'vakht' daal dia tha)aise the jin ki height bahut hi kum thi .... lekin unhoon ne apni height ko apne raste ki rakawat nahi banaya |
