SGPT, HbsAg & Anti HCV

Dear Dr,
My SGPT test result is 90

HEP B Surface Antigen result is INDEX 0.06 CUT OFF 1.0 Non-Reactive
Hepatitis C virus (Anti HCV) result is INDEX 0.02 CUTT OFF 1.0 Non-Reactive

That means Alhamdullilah i am not having Hep B or C.
i want to know what might be tha cause of my high SGPT level?
My age is 26 Height 185.928 cm Weight 209.439 Lbs I am Married.
