My penis leaks some drops after urine .Why is it so ?

I'm 31 years old and I noticed  that  from one week ago that after I urinate, I still have drops coming out from my penis especially when I sit down. There is no pain but it's getting uncomfortable. I feel like I need to go and when I do only drops come out. It's been going on for 1 weeks now and . ANy advise any home remdey brother!
