I HAVE NO SPERM COUNT

ASSALAMALIKUM DR,    I DON'T HAVE ANY SPERM COUNT. I GET MARRIED 13 YEARS AGO. I DON'T HAVE CHILDREN. I DID TESTICLE PROCEDURE. BUT DOCTOR SAID U NEVER BECOME A FATHER. CAN U TELL ME IF U SUGGEST ANY THING TO ME. OR CAN WE DO THE TEST TUBE BABY. LET ME KNOW I'M WAITING FOR UR ANSWER  PLZ.    THANKS
