Dr sb ma pichly 6 saal sy chronic prostatitis k marz main mubtala hoon. main ny 3 mukhtalif urologist sy checkup karwaia hy, un ki statement same hy k mujy chroni prostatitis hy, lakin un k treatment sy mujy faida nai hota. mujy peshab and ehtalam k waqt baut takleef hoti hy. urologist kehtay hain k shadi k bad yeh problem theek ho jahy ga, lakin mujy iss baat per trust nai hy. meri shadi b qareeb ha aur main iss problem ki waja sy kafi prashan hon. agar app iss problem ko samjty hain tu plz mujy koi guidline dain.

I have been suffering from chronic prostitis since six years. I have taken advices from three different Urologists, however; all of them have given the same statement that I have been suffering from Chronic Prostitis. However; with their treatment I didn’t get any advantage. I get a lot of pain while passing urine and at Night fall. Urologists are of the opinion that I will become alright after marriage (self limiting). However; I don’t have trust on it. My marriage is near and I am very much anxious about this problem. If you can understand my problem then please give me some guidelines.

Urologist opinion about your illness is right. Chronic prostitis could be cured due to marriage. The point is that repeated intercourse and emptying of seminal vesicle from the semen would decrease the load on the prostate gland and hence the stimulating agent of chronic prostitis would be gone. The other reason of prostitis could be infection but since you have this problem chronically therefore; it is less likely as the infection causes acute problem rather then chronic one. In my opinion, a person should not waste time in marrying if he possesses this problem.
