Kegal exercise is a technique which is applied in order to strengthen a group of muscles present in the pelvis. The group of muscles mentioned above is called as Pubococcygeal muscles, which are designated to produce tone in the anus and urethra. Both of the anus and urethra possess a circular ring of muscle called as Sphincter, which collapses the walls of either anus or urethra on once desire.
