Intense Burning Sensation During Ejaculation: Please Help Me

I am 47 yrs male. Married 11 yrs back. 3 children. For last 4-5 yrs having problem in my ejaculation. As I ejaculate a burning start from the middle part in between anus and balls and travels in both directions, towards my anus and to the tip of my penis. But No burning in urination (my urine DR is clear)

This burning makes me cry and just because of the burning pain I don't do sex.  I consulted a doctor who gave me antibiotic but problem still there...... Currently I'm in Lahore. Please. reply me in details.  If any one can solve my problem or tell me address of any good doctor in Lahore.

visit a urologist you may be having infection of prostate gland . Get your semen analysis done and semen culture/sensitivity . if its prostitis you require bit higher doses of antibiotics. urologist is recommended as he may take detail history and do examination which is not poasible over internet .

I checked the site map but no answer regarding my problem. Infact nobody has compalined for such problem. I am not much familiar with Lahore and need to know a good doctor here. I visited urologist in SirGmad Hospital, but not satisfy with him. If you can tell me any other urologist in lahore.
