Sperm for pregnancy?

i have read most of your website and also alot of forum questions but could not find a similar question hence posting.

i have been married for around 7 years but do not have kids yet. my semen report is good. it has good numbers of sperms and also motility is also good, but i have some problem of erection (sometimes erection is good and sometime it is not) and also premature ejaculation (again some times it is quickly ejaculaed (within 30 seconds) and sometimes it is good (like 1 min). i have done hand practice alot and also some problems of urine drops after i pass urine. Also i did ultrasound for testes which doctor says is almost good, little verocosel.

My wife test results are all OK for blook, urine, tubes harmones. Please can you advice if my sperm count and motility is good, then other issues like erection or quick ejaculation also play role in getting wife pregnancy.

I shall be grateful to you for this question.

juldi discharge hona aur erection na hone ka taluk pregnancy ke sath bilkul nehin hai..vagina mein spoon  se bhi semen daal di jaye to female pregnant ho sakti hai.

aur na he urine mein drops ane ka taluk pregnancy ke sath hai..ager aap ki semen report good hai to phir sperms count bhi normal hain.

aap ki wife ki reports bhi theek hain to phir problem yeh ho sakti hai ke aap yeh sab jhut bol rahe hain ke aap ne apna aur apni wife ka checkup karawaya hai.

ager aap ne wake mein apna aur apni wife ka checkup karwaya hai to yeh bataye ke last time kab checkup karwaya tha?

There is no reason to say any lie (jhoot). since its relatively long period after marriage, we have been visiting different doctors during this time, and even the last checkup we did is few weeks ago. But not every time doctor is doing semen analysis. I have done semen analysis around 5-6 times (from three different hospitals) and last around three months ago but since its almost same report every time, doctor has asked not to do semen analysis so frequently as it is not needed and they said its OK.

Also due to less erection, i m using a lubricant advised by a gynaecologist. Doctor said that it is safe to use it and should not affect pregnancy. Do you think it may cause an issue?

Also another doctor told that although semen report is OK but it may happen that it does not have enough power to penetrate through egg? and it might be cause of the issue. Do you have any advice on that? What else can we use as medicine+food that may help pregnancy.

Aap nay to kaha kay agar spoon say be vagina main semin dal deya jayee to pergnency ho gaye ge. Wasy yo mujy is baat par koyee itraz nhi…. agar vagina main halat is qabil hain kay spearm asani say egg tak pohanc sakty hai. Aur agar vagina main halat he sazgar na hoon to aap pipe say bhi semin dal dain to bhi pregnancy nhi ho gy.

The thing is that when you perform sexually activity. The wetness in the vagina plays a very important part in the transportation of sperm to the egg. Because the semin blens with the vaginal fluids and flow easily travel to the egg. And if you ejaculate prematurely  then there is a greater chance the vagina is not sufficiently wet. So PE can play a very important part in the conception. And research has shown that longer take to ejaculate better the sperm health in the semin. And believe me or not it is my personal experience. I had semin analysis many times. And when I give sample in the lab quickly ejaculate the sperm count is about 90 m/ml and when I take sample at home and relax and take my time the sperm count is up to 130 m/ml.

Secondly if you ejaculate with in one min it is my assumption that your wife will not have an orgasm. Because orgasmic contractions also pull the semin down to the egg and thus help in conception.

So Mr. Tariq please work on your time. And believe me it is not very difficult it is all mental. And make sure after you ejaculate, give your wife an orgasm, it will help a lot. And divide the time of sexually activity (from end of periods to start of next periods) between three equal half’s and make sure that you perform the intercourse in the mid portion on the alternative days (not every day.)  

And please please do not use any lubricants as they stop the semin from mixing with the vaginal fluids. Although they may be safe for sperms but if the stop them for mixing with the vaginal fluids they can be a big hurdle in the journey to egg. The only fluids that works is the man made wetness in the vagina so perform a lot of foreplay (a lot of clitoris stimulation) so that required wetness can be obtained.

ways for erection

Thanks for all for replies and support. what are ways for good erection because sometimes i have very little erection & cannot be inserted so i have to put some lubricant and then insert quickly and then it gets erection.

I read on this website that also we can use luab-e-dahan instead of any lubricant for more erection.

To answer your question, vagina becomes wet after we do 10-20 minutes of foreplay but as i mentioned before, when I try to do intercourse, sometimes I am able to do intercourse easily but sometimes my penis is unable to get inserted into the vagina due to less erection. Sometimes i even tried 10-15 minutes to insert before using lubricant.

I know erection is not due to lubricant but after I am able to successfully insert into vagina then almost always i get erection after few shots.

Sir i did not understand that why you referred me this link. i have read this and did not get it. in my post i did not discuss the issue of penis size. my main point is the viginal fluids and Premature ejaculations.

please elaborate for more understanding.
