is ka muje kuch samuj nahi aye plz samjaye ga detail se
yaad rakhye walk or body building jasi exersice jansi harmone ma asafa nahi kerti.
laken doctor sahab ya bhi tu exersice he ha. or body building ka fiaday bata de.

rE: I am Confused: Please Help Me body building ka main maksad apne app ko har lihaaz say physically strong karna hai, aur baaki batain baad main khud hi ajati hain like confidence, will power etc..
body building exercise hai aur exercise kya karti hai apki health ko acha rakhti hai, apko sehat mand rakhti hai, apkay jism ko active rakhti hai.......etc. exercise ka harmones say koi taluk nahi hai......

exercise ka faida yeh hay k is se jism sehetmand rehta hay aur insan chaq-o-choband rehta hay. jo k damagh ko bhi strong kerta hay. is tarah aap tensions se free reh sakty hein aur apni shadi shuda zindagi achi tarah guzaar sakty hein. Ager damagh pursukoon ho ga to her kaam thik ho ga!
