If u want to get rid of this condition, u should:

·  pass urine when u feel its urge. donot hold urine.

·  always pass urine in sitting position

·  after passing urine, sqeeze the tip of penis and clean the drops that come.

·  dry the tip of penis with tissue paper.

·  stand up and sqeeze the penis again, dry the drops with tissue paper.

·  drink plenty of water

This problem is generated mainly due to two reasons. One is the infection in the urinary tract and for that; it is advisable to get Urine DR and Ultrasound KUB. If no pus cells are there, and the Ultrasound is, found normal then the infection in the urinary tract is less likely.

The second reason is the weakness of urinary bladder’s sphincter that functions to hold the urine and prevents the dropping as well. If it is the cause of this problem, then one should strengthen the sphincter of his urinary bladder. By doing pelvic floor exercise, which is also called as bladder training exercise, one can control over this problem.
