Assalam o alikum. sir..  mere father ki age 80+ hay.                                                                                       Mere father k paon(feet) me aksar swelling rehti hai.ziada dair bethnay se b esa ho jata hai.baaz dfa swelling kafi ziada hoti hai. doctor kehty hain k uric acid hai.mgr treatmnt se koe ziada faida nhe ho rha hai.aap koe propr diet btayn plz,. kia ye problm bachon me b ho sakti hai kia.

Honza apkey father ko B.p ya diabetes ya Heart ka koi issue ha ya koi aur medical issue kidney ya liver ka problem? woh konsi medication use kartey hain? uric acid level last time kub karwaya aur kya result tha?isski konsi medicine use ki?

agar high uric acid level ho to red meat , daalaiN chaney egg cheese say mukamal parhaiz karain. sabziyan aur daliya woh istemal kar saktey haiN. oos main bhi spinach avoid karain. baqi salad and fruits use karaiN.
