asalamolikum mai 22 yrs ka hoo aur smoking krta ho din main 5 cigrettes

mera masla ye hai ke baaal bht tezi say gir rahay hain main sides say gana hota ja raha hin cigrette main  class 9th se pi raha hian likin phelay baaal nahi girtay tha

ek baat aur main master bute krta hooo month main 10 baar


mere khandaan (ammi ki traf) main hain ye masla ke ganja pan ho jata hain late 20s main

sawal

1. kay cigrette se baal gir rahay hain ya masterbute se ?

2.oil masaage haftay main 3 baar say masla hal hoga????

3.masterbute kam krnay say masla hal hoga?

4.is maslay ka haal kia hain koi medicine ?????
