Exercise During Ramazan (Ramadan)

salam to all...main yeh poochna chahti hoon..ke roze ke doran hum aerobics exercise kae sakte hain..ya phir gim ja sakte hai n...main ne suna hai..k ramzan mein roza kholne se 1 hour pehle exercise kar sakte hain..lekin us waqt time nahi hota..aftari ki tayari karni hoti hai...aur mein din ko 4 baje exercise karti hoon weight loose ke lye...plz kindly help me...roze mein exercise karne se health per koi farq to nahi parta....thanks

Excercise During Ramazan:

I dont think there is any harm in doing excercise during fasting. The whole thing is that it should not be such vigorous that there is danger of getting extremely hypotensive that may cause one to break his/her fast.
Aerobics is perfectly fine depending on your stamina. The concept that excercise is best done just one hour before iftar is that there would be minimum chances of breaking fast earlier.
What about professional atheletes or sports personnel ? It depends on one's own stamina and ability to what extent what can excercise and be comfortable.
Best is people who donot have good stamina or practice excercise/walk after iftar or early morning hours.

agreed with doctor waterr , i think morning walk and walk after iftar is enough during rumzan .
