I am about 55 years old, my ability of sex weaken. is it natural? if I can increase, please advise me regarding the methods or medicines. except High blood pressure, I am no any major health problem. Please advise me

High B.P or uncontrolled high blood pressure is a major health risk factor it self to decrease any normal functioning of human body including causing sexual weakness.
Plus you are also advised to get your Fasting Lipid Profile done.
With age its an individual variation to have decreased sex power as the testosterone levels tend decrease however in your case high B.P is an added factor.
You need to have life style modifications
1)minimum daily walk of 25mins
2)Salt and fatty food restriction. . Quit smoking IF you smoke etc.
3)keeping in check blood pressure levels any proper mmedication if B.P is not controlled with life style modifications

I think anybody firstly give a diet plan and seconly some medicine and thirdly how I can left my BP Medicines

I will start walk, try to avoid salty and faty food, monitoring of blood pressure, loose some weight also
