Propagation Of Sin: Is It A Bigger Sin To Propagate Sin Or To Commit Sin Itself?

Propagation Of Sin Is Also a sin.... Probably its a bigger sin to propagate sin by Giving Statements Like:
1) majority of people commit a sin so its equal to nothing/normal thing to do this sin which is done by majority
2)there is no harm/deleterious effects of this sin so its okey to commit it
3) sin comes from natural/inborn desire or engraved lust of human nature so its okey to commit it and also encourage others to commit it by telling that its okey everyone does so doing it is a very fine thing...uhh
The rule of thumb is a sin remains a sin whether committed /liked by majority of people or not and its propagation(direct or indirect) is also a sin..
