Lack of Interest and Drive for an intimacy

I have read Other Questions in favor of Men. My Question is the Opposite, In a married couple, If a Wife is More Motivated towards having a physical contact of any kind with her husband and Husband lacks the same kind of interest and motivation. What if the wife feels passionate and at the same time husband is not feeling the same?

What can cause husband to lack interest and excitement?

And What can be done to prevent this kind of situation or have him more Interested and Passionate about the Physical Relationship?
