salam to all ...mein pochna chahti hoon..kmera prolectin level 46 tha..doctor ne medicine di...medicine 15 dayz use ki..phir test karvaya..to prolectin level 14 ho gya...mujhay doctor kehtay hain...k meiin medicine tab tak leti rahoon..jab tak pregnent nahi ho jati...mein 5 months se medicine le rahi hoon..concieve bhi nahi ho raha..aur ziyada medicine lene se prolectin level low to nahi ho jaye gha?aur kya low prolectin bhi concieve hone mein problem karta hai...

aur iss ka koi nuqsaan to nahi hai..plz doctorz reply karain..thanks

jb tk hormones balance nhi hojate he conceive nhi hota hai...............aur prolactin ka sahi result menses me pta chlta hai menses me jb test krwaya jata uska result theek ata................mere hyal se pregnancy ka course 6month tk ka hota hai aur aksar aisa hota hai k medicine chorne k bad jb menses naturally regular ane lgty he to pregnancy hojati hai................

apki dr ko pta hai k apka level kitna hona chhye abhi ap konsi medicine lha rhi he i mean prolactin ki ya conceive ki only...............kio k 14 to normal hai prolactin................

mein 5 months se medicine le rahi hoon..aur prolectin k liye dopergin le rahi hoon...aur menses mere bilkul theek hain..uss mein koi masla nahi hai...ab mein ne socha..k mwdicine chor k dekhti hoon..lekin prolectin ki medicine le rahi hoon..woh nahi chori..aik masla khatam hota hai..to dosra shuru ho jata hai;.kabhi infection ho jata hai..concieve k liye main ne prolifene li thi..aur aik baar injection hcg ka..kuch nahi hua..ab mujhay 2 months ho gaye medicine choray huay..aur takat ki medicine le rahi hoon..vitamin ki....

Prolactin level low honey ke koi importance/clinical significance nai ha aur na he iska infertility sey as such link ha agar sirf prolactin hee low ho.

prolactin level 29ng/ml sey low ya 700pmol/l sey low houna chaheye....fertility ke leye kunke prolactin agar high ho tou na hee ye ovulation houney daita ha aur menstrual cycle bhee disturb hota ha.

agar apkee gynae ney apko yee kaha ha k apko ye medicine uptill pregnancy laina ha tou mera mashwara yeehee ha k ap unko ja kar batain apka level 14 aya ha jo k normal ha tou kya apko ab bhee ye medicine continue karna ha? mostly yee salt ke medicine ko pregnancy tak continue kee zaroorat nahee hotii magar apke attending doctor agar apko kehtii hain tou apko laina chaheye.

lastly,kuch aisi medicine hain jo waqti tour par prolactin kum kartii hain jubtak medicine laiti ja rahee ho unko pregnancy tak laina zaroori hota ha...kunke unko chortey sath he level barh jata ha...unmey yee included nahee.(apkee medicine)

mera b prolactin high tha aur mjy b dr ne apki wali hi medicine di thi..............dopergin 15din tk ajib sa shedeule hai is medicine ka.........mgr mera prolactin ka abhi test nhi hua tha k mjy follicular cyst hogya.........phir dr ne mjy koi medicine nhi di siwaye birthcontrol pills k aur folic acid ki..................
