Role Of Positive Health Practices In Sexual Life:

                                              

Good mental and physical health maintains healthy sexual life

 

1)      Positive Attitude And Having Self-confidence:

Believing is everything. The first step to do something is to Believe that one can accomplish that task. Failure of one time is not a failure of life time.Testosterone levels decreases with age and that combined with stresses and responsibilities of life may lead to decreased libido so is to be considered normal.

 

2)      Regular Exercise:

Exercising regularly (or minimum thrice a week) helps keeping good blood flow and improved sex desire, performance and satisfaction. Even simply walking daily for around 30min is healthy.

 

Specific exercises like exercise of Pelvic Floor muscles can improve the pleasure sensation especially in females.

 

Keeping body in shape can improve self-confidence and loosing extra weight is rewarding in all aspects. Its not necessary to have zero size figure but its sense of being improved that boost up the morale.

 

3) Quit Smoking:

 

Smoking has many negative effects on sexual health both short term and long term. It decreases blood supply and oxygen supply to organ so may lead to erectile dysfunction. It also impairs sperm production and has many substances that release oxidants (harmful radical) for testes and may impair testosterone production.

avoid irrational use of unprescribed drugs of any sort including for sex health.

 

3)      Sleeping Well:

 

A good night sleep is relaxing and lift's off the pressures and stresses of day's work. Also testosterone level rises early morning so that combined with relaxed mind is more better than stressed out and exhausted session.

 

4)      Listen To Your Heart:

it is not a ritual to make sessions every day or twice a day. Neither it is that sex can make u loose tons of energy that u cant do it daily or more than once a day nor it is a compulsion to do every day . It should be that when a couple is in mood for it.

 

5)      Its not Only about sex :

 

If u are in a genuine relationship then its important to know there are other things besides sex that too hold more or less equal importance than sex. Sex though is important but is not the Sole important thing in life. If you are a male and worried about less performance then for females emotional aspects of sexual or otherwise relation are way more important than just the physical ones.

 

Lastly , whatever practice keeps your body healthy as a whole will be helpful to make u healthy sexually. Due to anxiety , stress and tension regarding any problem including financial worries that form bulk of human civilization troubles most of the people experience less libido or performance at one point or other in life so that is to be ignored and not be given due consideration to avoid viscous circle.

i add some thing more if you dont mind

 both should be mentally prepared for sexual intercourse, proper place, relaxed, position, romantic bedroom environment, friendly relation, and plan proper time for intercourse, both partner should be mentally prepared to perform sexual intercourse.

 

Avoid all those things which can interrupt to intercourse especially switch off your cel phone, switch off room light use 0 watt table lamp light only, complete all your pending work and feel relax and then start your foreplay and intercourse, in your bedroom you can wear good attractive dress if you are women and if you are man then brash your teeth, wear relaxing dress,
