iam just 24 years old good looking with healthy fitness fair complexion.......i have a problem k mere hairs kaafi WHITE horahe hain or FALL (toot te) b bht hain .............koi accha solution baatein k asa naaaa hoooo..koi medicine ya OIL

kuch baatein bataata chalon k mjee flu b rehta hai kaafi ander or kabi kabi mind me kch tension b rehta hai yeh to cause nahin hai kahin ?????

please give meee proper advice speciall

White Hairs In Young Age - Hair Fall In Men And Women

Sorry for delay.

Well there are a lot of causes of whitening of hairs and hair fall. Look over them and try to remove them. Is there heredity, do your parents and forefathers have hair problems. are you spending normal and comfortable life? Are you tense or anxious? What are your dietary habbits, whether you take good and enriched diet or not? What is your profession? Do you remain busy all the time? Do you use some chemicals and different sprays, shampoos and oil at your hairs? We would need the answer of all these questions first.

no my parents nor father nor mother have this problem...............yeah iam spending a normal comfortable life.....yeah iam tense and anxious abt my future some times......and there is a lot of stress and mental strain in year 2006 and 2007......now iam bit relax............my diet is good iam a very fit healthy MASHALLAH person used to take diet on timee also use to go gym for light body building....iam doing MBA and in last year now a days iam free looking for a job.....yeah i make my self buz all da time doing internet surfing or searching some stuff regarding my STUDIES.................no i didnt use any kinda chemical oils shampoos for hairs i use SUNSILK shampoo once in a week just

now tell mee a proper treatment how i will get back my hairs black iam very anxious bcz i will turn only 24 this year i dont want my hair turn white in very early age so please kindly give me solution

Those hairs that have become white can't become black. Take multivitamins including the Zinc preparation in order to make your hairs more healthy. Take normal but full diet. Consult any Dermatologist.
