aak jhag beth rehne se testicles ki movement nehin hoti..aur underwear bhi pehana chota hai jis ki waja se testicles mein pain hone lagti hai..its normal pareshan hone ki zaroorat nehin..aap ko mashwara hai ke underwear esa pehna kare jo na zaida loss ho na tight ho.

aur kaam k duran thoda uth kar walk kar liya kare.yeh problem nehin ho gi.
