Hi, I have a problem. I am newly married. When we have sex, I reach orgasm fast. What I do is, I stop for few seconds, that stops the orgasm but some drops of semen comes out. Then I try again and stop when I reach close to orgasm, that spills few more drops out and then usually third time it gets very hard to get orgasm and I even though do it but it doesnt produce that many drop as if I orgasmed in first place. Is it good thing or bad thing ? Do I have to ejaculate all the drop at once to conceive or we can still conceive ?
