Weight Problem: I Want To Increase Body Weight.

· Drink plenty of water
· Proper exercise is very important to reduce and maintain health
· Use green tea with lemon
· Don't sleep more then 8 hours
· Eat low fat or avoid oily meals
· Avoid soft drinks
· Plan a healthy dieting plan
· Eat fresh fruit use vegetables
· Avoid too much sugar
· Take meals on time
· Don't eat more then one egg daily
· Don't sit for a long time and dont use remote control try to move your body even you are talking on mobile.
· Use vegetable soup
· avoided chocolates , creamy coffee , tea,
· during exercise use music for more enjoyment
· pray five time prayer its very important

To Falaknaaz Waalaikum Assalam,behn jee yeh weight tou ziyada nhn aap ki height k hisab se,i think u want reduce weight from specific areas...aap plz detail mein batain k aap kitna weight reduce krna chahti hain aur kuon?kuon keh agar 40kg se b kum kerein gi tab tou kamzor kehlaain gi,aur apni diet bhi likhiye ga k aap kiya kiya use kerti ho khanay mein aur kitney waqt khati ho,thnx

Thanks for replying me as everyone says that my weight is increasing i want to decrese my stomach its not big but then also i dont like as my height is not lengthy so my weight sees so i want to decrease it bzcoz it whenever i m hungry i dont do breakfast if i feel hungry then i takes fast food so thats y my weight is increasing according to me i m not fat but the other peoples sys that i m fat what to do i dont know bcoz of this my breast also looks big the main problems is that only plz suggest some measures to reduce my weight specially my breast Allah Hafiz |

To Falaknaaz Assalam_o_Alaikum,dear log kiya kehtey hain kiya nhn isko bhool jaain,aap ki height bhi theek hai aur baqi sab bhi...breakfast humesha sahi kerein,bhooki rahain gi tou wait berhey ga,breakfast mein apple or diet bread use ker lein with boil egg,aur sath mein skim milk use kijiye...herbal water use kerein agar aap afford ker sakti hain tou...fast food+bahar ka koi bhi food use na kerein,humesha ghar ka paka khaain,pate k liye "khali pate kamar k bal seedhi late jaain aur aahista aahista apney Top ko ooper ki taraf uthaain jitna bhi aap utha sakti hain easily,aur wapas asal postion per aajain,rozana 20-30 minute yeh exercise kijiye,lower abdomen k liye ghutno ko bhi Top ki taraf leker jaiye ya cycling kijiye...Inshallah zaroor farq paray ga,mayoos nhn hona kuon k pate k fats sab se ziyada DHEET hotey hain,yeh bohat aahista aahista khtm hongey,iss liye himmat nhn harni,baqi aap k saath sab set hai don't worry...thnx
