veena and mehreen I think you peoples are,nt discusing problems.you peoples just looking for some sort of sexual lust.
But I tell you people one thing keh larki ka hussan uski breast ore hipps hoti han........you dont need to be worry about it, just control your other parts. Its natural that some girls have big breast and hipps, breast grows rapidly of some and late for some..........some have small and some have large like foot ball...and ofcourse some have like big mango..........so dont be worry. Its just the matter of jean (biological matter) and you shold be a happy girl that you have a attractive hipps and breast...............I am telling you seriously that boys take interest more in those girls with big breast and hipps. Its mean your, when you will beacome married your husband will be very happy with you. If talk about thin and slim girl from top to bottom, I am sorry to say she will face problems regarding pleasing her husband.

SOLUTION well i got your point and advise you to go and see a plastic surgeon, You needs liposuction.
This is done with a small Cannula ,and it doesnot leave scar marks.
So you can get rid of this extra fat on your breast and on your hips. This is a costly treatment but will benefit you in the long.with this your whole body wil be in a nice shape.
By the way breast size 34C is the dream of the girls, and you are trying to get rid of this beuyty given you by God. But i will advocate you to get rid of your hip fats definately.
And keep a strict check on your diet, and do 45min - 60 min walk daily, this will keep your body very well toned and keep you slim and will reduce fat as well,, good luck
