Phone Sex: Phone Sex Between Husband And Wife - Phone Sex In Islam
Fatwa No: 81689 Fatwa Title: Phone Sex With Wife And Masturbation Fatwa Date: 01-06-1999 Source: www.islamweb.net
Question: My wife is in my country, not with me. Can I have, as it is called, 'phone sex' with her? Talking sex and doing masturbation? Sex is a natural desire. It's very, very hard for me to avoid it. This 'phone thing' helps me keep calm.
Fatwa: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
There is no objection to have a telephone call with your wife and to jest with her. This is even required.
As for masturbation, it is prohibited. There is no doubt that sexual desire is an innate instinct. That is why Allah, the Great and Almighty, has legislated some lawful ways to satisfy it. So, it is not allowed to satisfy it by any other means.
Thereupon, you are to spare no effort to bring your wife to the country where you live or to return and live in your own country.
You are to fear Allah, busy yourself with devotions, and remember Allah very often and frequently read the Holy Quran. In addition, fasting is a good means to cool down sexual desire, and also to get a good reward.

We do this because my husband travels alot and we only (get to) see each other every four months? Response: There is no harm (in this). Yes this is permissible. Question: And (is this permissible) even with the use of the hand? Response: There is some (element of) uncertainty in (the issue of) using the hand; and it is not permissible except if he fears falling into adultery. Question: (So) there is no harm (in doing so) without using the hand? Response: Yes, there is no harm (in doing so) without using the hand (while) he imagines he is with her. And it is befitting upon them both that they are careful no-one listens to their speech or spies upon them. And Allaah is the Most Knowledgeable. Please see following posts as well:
