Thich Sticky Substance Comes Out With Urine

my question was that i was a regular masterbater but as i have reduced it a problem as started with me it is that i am not able to completely drain my bladder after urination, i feel that some urine is left behind when i force it out a thick sticky mattrial comes out some time in forms of drops and some time in a flow and after it comes out i feel flamination in my penis

i have also notices that my testical have shrinked and i have less erection now then as i was having before, i don't get erect as before and when i do my erection goes away very soon it hardly stays not for more then 30 sec

also that i use to have erection in morining when i woke up but now some time it is there and mostly not

well if i am ill kindly tell me a good urologist in peshawar

dako koi b app ko koi medicine tajweez nahin kar sakta koun k yeh jo app ko burning hoti hai  is kay liya app ko urine test karwana ho ga baki drops or erection koi problem nahin or ehsase gunnah ki waja say yeh problem akser ko ho jata hai. to don't waste time no one can able to tell you the treatment go and have a visit to any good urologist soon.
