 Swelling And Pain In The Testis
Doctor sahib I got a problem... I got married about one and an half month ago... Im very much thankful to Almighty Allah that I do not have any premature ejaculation or any other sort of sex related problem... but for the last 3 or 4 days I got pain and swelling in the root of my right testicle. The pain is in the gland sort of thing which connects the testicle with the other part... The pain stretches from right side of the where the kidneys lie to the right inside thigh.... I massaged it with some oil and took Nuberol Fort and Brufen but they did not work...
I need your careful attention please... so please help me out....

One thing which I forgot... One thing which I forgot is that there is also swelling in the glands that connect the testicles with body.... The Swelling can not be seen but can be felt while I touch it........

dea i think this problem due to excessive intercourse or due to long time intercourse producer please don't do intercourse for 3- 4 days and consult to doctor and take some medicine for swelling

re: Swelling And Pain In Testis Well dear pain in testis might due to some reasons or might be due to no reason at all. If you have alot of pain that hurts you then you should be worried about it. The most common cause of pain in testes also if swelling is there is infection of the ducts inside called as Epidedymo- Orchitis. You need nothing to be worried if this has happened since it can be cured easily via medications. The other causes are also there for this pain as well. What you will do is that just observe whether or not the swelling is increasing or not. If it is increasing then how rapidly?. You should continue with pain killers for the time being till you notice the features of swelling and will write it here again. Also write down in your next post the exact location of swelling, whethter the area is hot or cold? whether the pain is being felt all the time or at some specific time?We should also require the brief past history of yours that is whether you have had any injury at that area, is there any other illness beside this problem, whether you have had any surgery of abdomen etc. We are waiting for your reply. Thanks Dr. Sahib... Thanks a lot for the reply, Dr. Sahib... I got pain and swelling in the
right spermatic cord... The pain also exists in the groan and in the
right inner side of my right thigh but the pain in groin is greater
than the cord pain... I must tell you the pain is not greater. It's
bearable... The temprature of both testis is same. The right testis
which have the problem also has a bit swelling. The size of the right
testis bigger in a very small portion. There was also the same problem
in the left side but it was gone only in 2 days...
Dr. Sahib, please also keep my history in mind
1) I stoped my semen with fingers while I was discharging the time before last time due to not in a right position...
2) I do not the strokes even when I get discharged...
3) About 15 years ago, I fought a guy who caught and snatched my testis
and then I felt pain for many years but I've not had the pain for more
5 years now but soemtimes I fel my right testis muscles stiffed...
4) I was taking stomach exercise a few days ago... I moved my both
feet up and down and that time I got some pain in my lower abdomen...
Dr. Sahib I went to a doctor on last Saturday. He wrote "Swelling and
Pain Spermatic Cord" on the prescription.... He advised me
"Levofloxacin 250mg" before meal twice a day, Nuberol Fort 3 times a
day, "SERRATIOPEPTIDASE DS" 3 times a day and "Diclofenac Potassium
50mg" 2 times a day... However,the pain still there...
Note: I got married about one and an half month. I do not have any
other sexual problem. I'm fully satisfied with my marital life...
Dr. Sahib, what should I do now? I'm ready to answer more questions if you are willing to ask........

re: Swelling And Pain In The Testis Well dear as I have told you before about the infection in the testis, the doctor to whom you visited also noticed the same thing and therefore he has prescribed you an antibiotic as you have mentioned in your post. Well the treatment he has started is fine and you should continue with it. Now you should be relaxed since in my opinion you don't have any serious issue. Post me again after a week or so if your pain will not subsides or swelling will not reduce. The answers you posted gives an idea that you have the same thing as I have discussed with you before. One thing do more for further satisfaction. put your hand's palm on the groin where you feel pain and then cough. If you notice any thing to come out or just touches your palm from inside the groin then let me know. We will do further work up for that. However if you don't feel any thing strickes to your palm while coughing then it means you are absolutely alright. |

I agree with you that got Epidedymo- Orchitis because I read some articles about this disease and I have all of the symptoms of this disease... Dr. Sahib, I have been taking the medicine ("Levofloxacin 250mg" before meal twice a day, Nuberol Fort 3 times a
day, "SERRATIOPEPTIDASE DS" 3 times a day and "Diclofenac Potassium
50mg" 2 times a day). My doctor advised me 10 tablets of each medicine so they will end today but Dr. Sahib, the sweeling and pain in the testis, the epididymis and groin are still there. One thing is there that I do not feel pain for some time when I get up in the morning or sleep during the day,
I'm on prevention so do not meet my wife but feel to meet...
Dr. Sahib, now what should I do? What sort of Dr. should I meet? Should I end prevention?
