 Pain in Testicles
Dr Sb, Whenever I get excited sexually for long time and penis get erected for long, after that I sometimes feel slight pain in testis and in penis..just like a BHARI PAN. Is it normal? In this case, is it better to do masturbation or to avoid it? Please suggest.

re: pain in testicles we are advise to ejaculate your self as early as possible. It does not means to ejaculate too early (without satisfaction) which is called premature ejaculation. This type of pain is not considered a serious problem but avoid to erect penis for long time.

sir merey sath ye masla ho raha hay k mujh ko hand practice ki adat thi jo k mey nay bohot mushkil say chori hay.
ab masla ye hay k kabhi kabhi urine k bad bohot ziada mikdar may munny nikal ti hay jesay hand practice kerney say nikalti thi or os k nikal nay k bad testis may painhoney lagta hay jo k 1 or 2 hour tak rehta hay.
may ney aik dafa hand practice ker k bhi dekha tu os k bad pain nahi hoa but jab khud nikalti hay tu pian hota hay

pain in testicles if u r having pain with this discharge this discharge then consult the doctor
usually if u donot masturbate and discharge comes without pain then its ok....but if there is pain there can be some infection going on.....

Testis Problem
Assalaam-U-Alaikum
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your kind email.
Sir i want to tell you one thing my testis are not equal means my right testis is up & left is down, normally both testicles should be equal not in size, in position i do not know when my testis became like this, in my left testis some thing came (means kuch ragaan jaisa agaya) because of that my left testis is go down & right is up. Mostly i feel pain in my left testis. Please help me sir, because of these things i can not release sperm properly. sir please tell me After married it will be the problem or not. And my partner if she see my testis like this up & down then she will make relationship with me or not. Iam very worried about this, and iam a 20 years old student very shy to see any doctors.
Sir please help me, for Allah sake.
