please muj ko batain last month mery periods 23 august ko huwy thay liken iss month abhi tak nahi howy hain aur main nay 22 sep ko test bi kia hay liken result bi negitive aya hay liken main abhi pregnent nahi hona chahti hun to ab muj ko kia kerna chahy. liken mery periods kun nahi ho rahy hain iss liay muj ko tension hay keh kahin main pregnent na ho jaun meri pehli bachi abhi 5 months ki hoi hay. please help me out in this situation.

PARI707 Discharging inside vagina is i think psychlogical effect...agar wo discharge hoty hen hand se to inside vagina b unko discharge hona chahye..aksar easa hota hy k sex karty howy jab time zyada lag jata hy to wo thak jata hy...or hand se discharg hony ko preffer karta hy..bcz hand se discharg jaldi ho jata hy mard as compared to sex with girl..
2nd ANS IS FUNNY BUT TRUE... Slim larki k andar discharg hony me time zyda lagta hy as compared to healthy not MOTI....

Mein na aap sa kaha thaa na keh period 1-2 days mein start ho jae gaa after stopping Primolut, and I am glad that you got your period.
Jahan tak aap ka husband ka haath say discharge karna ki baat hai, aisa aksar ( but not always) unn logon ka saath hota hai jinhon na excessively masturbate kia ho in the past. Excessive masturbation karnay ki wajah say penis hand sa release hona ka aadi ho jaata hai, making it hard to release inside the vagina. Kia aap ka husband ka saath aisa koi problem hai?

Chalain aap ki problems ko one by one discuss kartay hain.
Sab say pehla to yeh keh pregnancy kay lia aap ka husband ka discharge aap ki vagina mein enter hona zaroori hai, iss lia agar woh hand say discharge hon gay to zaahir hai keh pregnancy ka chances bohot kam ho jaaian gay, because he is discharging outside, not inside your vagina.
Clomiphene ka main function ovulation karna hai ( egg release karna hai). Generally speaking, unn women mein jinka periods regular 28 days ka hon, unn mein ovulation approximately day 14 par hoti hai. Aap ki doctor na aap ko jo pani pi kar bulaya hai 14, 15th day ko, woh ultrasound karna ka lia bulaya hai, takeh yeh patah chal sakay keh ovulation hoi hai yaa nahin.
Yeh batana bohot mushkil hai keh aap ko ovulation 14th day par ho gee ya nahin, magar agar 14th day par hoti hai to aap ka fertile period, (woh time period jis mein intercourse karna say pregnancy ka chances sab say ziada hota hain, woh approximately Day 10 say day 15th tak hai). But your husband will have to release inside of you, not outside.

sorry I forget to tell u the exact fact of my husband's discharge routine.. infact he uses his hand for erection but when he is about to discharge he enter penis into my vagina and thereafter discharge in my vagina completely! is it ok for conceiving pregnancy? |

As long as he is releasing his sperms inside your vagina, that's what really matters. It doesn't matter how he achieves his erection.
Just wanted to give you some suggestions that would increase your chances to conceive.
Buy an ovulation predictor kit (OPK), and it would help you determine when you are about to ovulate. Also, as I had mentioned before, you are most likely to become pregnant by having intercourse from about 4 days before the ovulation, to 1 day after the ovulation.

PARI707 IF u want u can use...suppliments kar len ap use its good for health.medice ap healthy hony k lye use na karen deifintly its only steroids for weight gain...but it has a prominant side effect of kidney faliur..so avoid medicine and use suppliments.sorry for late reply i m much busy in my job..psychodoc is i think the rit person who can give a good suggession..tc

Aisi koi application nahin jo surity ka saath ovulation date mention kar sakay. Most likely, unn women mein jin ka periods regular hon, ovulation next period start hona say approximately 2 weeks pehla hoti hai, yaa doosray alfaaz mein agar aap ka period cycle 28 days ka hai, to aap ko ovulation around Day 14 par ho gee. Inshallah aap ko bhee ovulation ho jae gee, aur agar nahin hoti then there is always the chance that you will ovulate the next month. Aap na clomiphene use ki hai, inshallah chances hain keh aap ko ovulation ho jae gee.
Ovulation hona ka kae different symptoms hota hain, magar aksar women unn symptoms ko miss kar daitee hain. Kuch women mein ovulation ka waqt 1-2 days ka lia white color ka vaginal discharge hota hai. Mild bleeding bhee ho saktee hai, just for a day or 2. Issi tarah ovulation ka foran baad body temperature half a degree rise kar jaata hai, magar zahir hai keh agar aap apna temperature daily nahin measure kar raheen to phir yeh half a degree temperature increase detect karna bohot mushkil hota hai. Kuch women mein ovulation ka waqt lower abdomen mein cramping pain feel hota hai, aur kuch women breast tenderness feel kartee hain ovulation ka waqt. Iska illawa, jaisa keh mein na pehla bataya, ovulation predictor kit (OPK) say bhee aap ko ovulation hona ka patah chal sakta hai.

Aap ka egg ( follicle) size 23 mm iss baat ki possibility show kar raha hai keh ovulation hona waali hai, balkeh most likely iss waqt tak ho gae ho gee. Magar kabhee kabhaar aisa bhee hota hai keh egg size theek ho aur phir bhee ovulation nah ho. Aap ovulation predictor kit ka zarya yeh patah laga saktee hain ( but not with 100% accuracy) keh ovulation hoi yaa nahin. Anyway, agar ovulation ho gae hai then you could get pregnant. Jahan tak Ovi-f ( clomiphene) ki baat hai, yeh daily nahin li jaati, balkeh sirf 5 days tak ka lia li jaati hai, most often from Day 5 to Day 9. Iss lia hargiz bhee abhee nah lijia gaa. Try to perform intercousre and get pregnant, aur agar pregnancy ho jaati hai then DO NOT take Ovi-F. Agar pregnancy nahin hoti aur next month period aa jaata hain, then count First day of bleeding as Day 1 aur Day5-9 mein Ovi-F lain. Did you understand clearly what I just explained? All the best:) |

or agr bethti hun too asa lagta hai kisi cheez py dabao araha hai.....ander kuch lagta hai....
