Surgery is the irreversible method of birth control and all other methods are reversible. Even some times birth could happen after reversal of surgery.

I am going to marry with in few weeks. I want to have birth control at least up till 3 years. Is that possible that after that time we would get birth of the child whenever we want to have it after birth control.

Except surgery which is irreversible, all other methods of birth control are reversible and a child could be born after leaving any of these methods. In certain cases, even the birth could happen after surgery by doing reversal of that surgery.
