I am consulting you for the matter of my wife. She has small sized breasts, although she doesn't have stunted height in spite of her small size breasts. We got married 4 years back and we have two children. She has nourished her both children with breast feeding. During the last days of pregnancy and breast feeding, her breasts enlarged up to a considerable extend. She is too much conscious about her small breasts' size. Also I want to see her breasts massive rather than small size. I didn't show on her my desire and always given her consolation so that she would not be grieved. Is there any way by which her breasts would be enlarged with out any adverse reactions and her small breasts' size problem would be vanished? 

A lot of advertisements pass through the sights for breast's enlargement via different oils and creams. Please give suggestion whether or not these things should be used? 

Answer: 

Breasts possess the prominent sexual features in the feminine body. Not only men but also women consider them sexual sign. Many of the women concentrate to protrude the other surface of their body. It shows that women consider the breasts the element for sexual attraction. 

For the size of the breasts, either small or large, heredity development of female hormones and general health play the key role. Breast structure comprised of milk producing glands, lactiferous tubules and adipose or fats tissues etc. 

If a woman does have small sized breasts due to the fact that her mother, parental or maternal grand mothers did have smaller breasts then their size could not be increased considerably.  The use of hormones could also be harmful, since the hormonal disbalances could develop. 

Birth controlling pills possess hormones in them, and using them could also enhance the breasts size. This enhancement, however; remains temporary and the breasts size come to the previous level. 

It should be remembered that the breasts size mainly depends upon the presence of fats and adipose tissues, rather then the glands for milk production. That is the reason, why breasts get enlarged on account of weight increment in a woman up to 10-15 Ibs.   

Breasts could also be enlarged by giving the silicon injections temporarily, although this procedure has now been left. The reason is the possible injection during this procedure. Recently prosthesis made up on of plastic is implanted in side the breast. This is like balloon which is filled with saline water. 

Creams and oils for breast enhancement could be used for breast massage only and for a married woman this technique is useless and produce financial burden only.
