Dr, sahib, i am using Finasteride (hairfin) tablets, Dr, recommend me this tablets for controlling thinning hairs, I read  side effects of these tablets

This is FDA approved tablets for thinning hairs

Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your prescriber or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):

    side effects

    yes u r right that there r many sideeffects of these medicines but they are useful in many diseases . but we have to balance risks and benefit. if u think that urs baldness is very problematic and u can accept side effects then u can take it .but my personal advice is that dont take risk .continue with based remedies

    Baldness

    Baldness is not a condition that you should revert to usoing drugs foir it however i would suggest the following;
    Use local remedies(home based medicine) for the thinning hair
    use oils for scalp treatement
    use some better multi vitamins
    aviod dandruff and treat it on priority

    re: Baldness, Treatment

    Well Alfa 1 fenisteride is widely used for the treatment of male pattern baldness and is also FDA approved,however; the results and after effects of using  this remedy are controversial. We did not see any dramatic change via using this. If a person uses above medicine he might have definitely less hair loss as compared to those who dont use it.
    The other preparations could be Menoxadil which is used to regrow hairs but the major disadvantage is that the results are very slow and the newly grown hairs again fall down once the medication is stopped.
    As a general there is no clear cutt treatment of baldness though these remedies and the other remedies that the doctors usually prescribe add little change over a long period. Some people go for lessar therapy and hair transplantation which could be much better as the results after the procedures will be evident and astonishing and the desired targets would be achieved at the expense of less time.
