aapko syphilis hai.2 saal se zayada arsa ho gya hai ya kum???lekin yeh cureable hai.aapko penicillin(antibiotic) leni hogi for 2-3 wks.inshAllah yeh khatam ho jaye gi.aap army mai hain so apnay army dr se consult karain for medicine.

Re syphilis treatment Syphilis is a curable disease however if ignored can be disasterous.early disease: SINGLE dose of pencillin is enough for cure however if in latent stage weekly doses of pencillin are given uptil 3week if allergic to pencillin tetracycline is given if neuro syphilis then for 10-14days intravenous drug given and after that oral monitoring of level are done Via RPR test |

syphilis i donated blood on 16 July 2010, but my test result not good and following messages on this report and treatement please advise me , how to use these medicine or injection ? and how i get this bactaria or virus, so i also PRP test of my wife, but she cleare from this desise. i useing condom (sathi ) please advise me,
SYPHILIS RPR AND TPHA POSITIVE.

Reply: What Is The treatment Of Syphilis: First thing to know is whats the stage of disease(syphilis). Syphilis is a curable STD.
Why not consult a doctor in person and get treated than to self medicate one self?
for primary syphilis early phase treatment is as mentioned.

syphilis how can i understand , that is the stage of Syphilis, and what test, is best for duration of these desese, so, RPR, THPA, on these test reports, there is no mention of duration of Sysphilis stage, but i dont have any feelings or symtoms , but my doctor taks me , Augmentin 4g tab morning and 4g in evening, and after one week, test of RPR , if syphilis positive, i have to take azithromycine , so plese give me advise , is AUGMENTIN tables cure for syphilis. is test will be clear from syphilis or non-reactive. because i dont want to take AZITHROMICYNE,

Syphilis Staging:
Its more of correlating history with clinical features(symptoms and mainly signs/leisons ) also the extent or systems involvement.
Basically the treatment of syphilis is in injectable form. If for some reason your doctor want you have oral medication then i would say follow your doctor . Augmentin is not the recommended therapy for cure of syphilis though may be given esp if history/suspicion of penicillin allergy is there.
Best is to follow your doctor. Every case has its own indications and contraindications to therapy that cannot be assessed on internet.
RPR is a screening test for syphilis and becomes positive within one week-two week after lesion of syphilis appears.

syphilis yesterday i received RPR test report, and syphilis is Reactive, and titer 1:2 what this means ? and Dr. recommeded , BENZATHINE PENICILLIN 1.2 million / nuits per week for 6 weeks, its really very hard injuction, but after 15 min I relexed , and feel better today too, so what is your opinion, if i need any medician with this injection , Please reply, and what is 1:2 its mention on my test report,

syphilis and my wife RPR result is non-reactive, but i cant understand how i get this desese, and syphilis STD desese , so , how can i protect from Syphilis in future ? i usully using condoms, and my wife pregnent (8 monts) , and her all tests clear from any desese, i honestly say that i m not involved any commercial sex activity, in my hole life,

Reply: Actually as i have been telling you already that treatment of syphilis is penicillin in injectable form so now you are having it and its good.As per the requirement of oral medication with this injection then its not required if you are tolerating it well and good. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease . Plus contact with sore of syphilis can transmit it. Fresh blood and blood products do transmit syphilis but it has to be fresh . Syphilis organism cannot survive after 12-24hr of blood storage. Basic rule is to avoid illegal vaginal,oral and any other type of sex and contact with syphilis sore. Plus if your wife tests are clear then nothing to worry about hopefully. I dont want to tense you with further details regarding your wife pregnancy and syphilis serology being negative.

syphilis I m really thanks for your reply, I m really very worry about its disease,
I always using condoms from 5 years, but when we decide for baby then from Sept 2009 to JAN 2010, I was not using condoms, but after she pregnant on JAN , I am using condoms till now, so its possible, when her menses germs, infected me.
And on Dec 2009 I donate blood on Agha Khan Hospital, its clear from any blood infection.
I want to diagnose that, when was I infect from Syphilis? but I remembered near about 2 and half years back, little red spot appear on my shoulder back, but after one months its removes, so if I infected from 2 and half years before, its symptoms should be upper, why she was not infected? but I don’t feel any pain or rash, on my body, and is Syphilis curable ? Please Help , I want to know everything, to protect my family,

syphilis RPR Titer 1:2 Its possible when I was donating Blood on 16 July 2010, I got syphilis, means using infected syringe, because my RPR titer is 1:2 its very low infection on my blood, if I got syphilis very log time or years , my titer should be increase.
is titer 1:2 represent for duration of Disese or how long u r infection from syphilis ?

Syphilis is transmitted to partner in certain stage of disease more easily than in other stages of disease. Probably when it was your infective primary stage you were using condom and in your latent stage your wife got pregnant so is not transmitted to her.yes its curable Infected syringe with fresh blood of infective syphilitic patient may transmit it ,else highly unlikely.

Syphilis I completed course
of BENZATHINE PENICILLIN 1.2 million /
units per week for 6 weeks, but I will test after one moth of Syphilis through
TPHA or RPR. So please advise how many
chance the treatment of Syphilis is curable which I have done,

reply TPHA test just tells you have antibodies against bacteria and that one would have if infection ever occured. TPHA remains positive after treatment and is not a suitable test for follow up after treatment. It just tells ur body created army (antibodies) against invaders(bacteria) |
