It is considerd a very bad act in Islam.Because Islam dissalows u to wathch any girl(ZANA by eye).
It is also not ethical, so advise is that plz avoid it as much as u can.Masterbation is bad habbit ,any one should avoid it.as ur profile says u r a married man so have entercourse with ur wife which is considered good act in Islam and not watch other women
