leucorrhea is excessive discharge of normal vaginal fluid. it doesn't need any treatment as far as its "NORMAL" discharge. if there is some smell or color change in this discharge then it may indicate some abnormality like bacterial/fungal infection, or if it is more thickened then there is something wrong. otherwise vaginal discharge is a normal phenomenon which facilitate the process of intercourse.

Well Dr, thanks a lot for your prompt reply. Would u pls be kind enough to tell about pregnancy changes in the female having this desease. Moreover, i would also like to ask what are the reasons of swelling or pain in vagaina of any female, some time after intercourse my spouse made a complaint that she is having pain and her Blood pressure decreased and it was 30. her periods are normal
