Asalaam o Alaikum any doctor can help me in diagnosing my problem
1. one side of my nose remains always closed I can only smell if it is fast. 2. Meray left tonsil hameesha soraakh rehta hay aur her dosray ya teesray month mujhe tonsil k liyah antibiotics laini parhti hay aur kuch roz baad ya theek ho jata hay magar phir 2-3 month baad same condition ho jati hay (wesay to halat 1 month may he kharab ho jati hay lakin mai antibiotics avoid ker k aur gargles use ker k 2.5 month pass ker laiti hon somehow) 3. Ab kuch arsay say halat ya hay k uvula aur full mouth inside swell ho jata hay ya phir chaala type ban jata hay... due to reesha aur yahi reesha left eye ko chota b kerta rahta hay etc
i do not have flu, cough problem albata antibiotic lainay say reesha flu ya galay say saaf ho jata hay
Aik saal say mai cold/hot water, ketchup etc b avoid ker dia hay aur achar jisi cheezain mai khanay mai nahi laiti houn lakin us k bawajood mujhe ya masla 3 saal say ho raha hay.
mujhe es maslay k hameesha k liyah koi haal bata dain please.

Walaikum Salam,

You have mentioned 2 main problems , one is that you feel your left side of nose feels blocked/obstructed. Second issue is recurrent tonsillitis/sore throat.

Regarding blockage of your nasal passage, it is difficult to tell the exact reason, It could be a multitude of things, which only a thorough nasal exam can reveal.

Regarding recurrent tonsillitis, you mentioned that there are times when you tend to avoid using antibiotics. Please know that if your recurrent throat infection is cause by streptococcus infection( a very common throat infection), than antibiotic treatment is a must, and if you don't take antibiotics, sometimes these streptococcal infections can cause a serious heart infection called endocarditis. So please make sure that you get properly evaluated, and if your doctor suggests that you should take antibiotics, then make sure that you complete the full prescribed course, and do not stop antibiotic prematurely. Sometimes, with recurrent throat infections, it is a good idea to get the tonsils removed.

I consulted 2 doctors and 1 chemist.

Chemist told me u have tonsil problem consult doctor, and when i consulted doc one of them gave me vit c capsule and said u don't have any problem bcoz at that time i didn't have swollen throat. Another suggested some medicine and said nothing either i have illness or not.

"Regarding blockage of your nasal passage" cud u guide me this time when i will consult doctor what should i tell him?

I want this issue (if it is) to be treated asap bcoz its becoming serious for me and i have to face this issue every 2-3 months and most imp thing is its effecting left tonsil, left nose, left eye and fever as well.

I understand i have to re-visit doctor and take antibiotics whatever he will suggest but it wud really really help if u can guide me what shud i tell him about my problem so he can get an idea what problem i m facing?

how about nose/ent x-ray for knowing if something is wrong or re-action of infection
