First time mother hona kesa experience hai?

hamaray culture ka common hissa hai, k jab kisi larki ka first baby peda hota hai tau family ki sab bari aurtain us bichari newly mother k sar par sawar ho jati hain. pehlay hi larki pregnancy k lambay arsay bad zehni tor par kamzor hoti hai, takleef aur kamzori main bhi hoti hai. aesay main sab bari aurtain hamla awar ho kar naseehatain kar kar k confidence level low kar deti hain. 
bachay ko aesay nahi karo, wesay nahi karo, yeh ho jaey ga woh ho jaey ga.. phir har aurat k mukhtalif experiences aur har aurat ki alag naseehatain.  bajaey iskay k aik newly mother ko hosla de kar uska confidence level baryaha jaey, ussay musalsal tok tok kar uska condidence level khatam kar diya jata hai aur larki ko yeh mehsus karwaya jata hai k mother banna bahot hi mushkil kaam hai, bachay ko palna intehai mushkil kaam hai.

aesay main kia karna chahiye? kia waqai first time mother itni nalaik hoti hai k ussay apnay baby ko palnay k liay bari aurton se dictation leni zaroori hai?
