 Sexual problem
Dear Venerable Doctor,
Sir i need you help and opinion.
My name is Muhammad Zain Ashraf. I am 24 year old, And my marriage is after 3 to 4 month. i am from Pakistan student of software engineering. Sir i am contacting you with hope that you will help me! My problem is that my Semen is so thin and my timing during sex is very reduced/less.sometime, when i go bathroom for urine i feel some Semen drops in urine. Please Please help me what can i do for my this disease? i want to increase my timing during sex and most important i want that my semen must be thick ! I am waiting your positively reply. Semen thin. No problem at all
Less timing. It is becuase of anxiety, depression, less confident, stress, fatigue
How to last long: There are two ways that can help you,
1. Exercises
2. Medicines
Exercises. I would like to suggest you do Kegel and Edging exercises.
Medicines: SSRIs medicines. There are many medicines available in the market but these are good in the beginning but after some time they can create side effects.
