mera swal yeh ha ky ma pregnt ho 3 month abi mera sacn nhi hoa ma boaht tenshan ma rehati ho asa samjy ma pori mental ho chuki ho soch soch kr mery zehn ma har vakt yeh rehta ha kay meray bachy ma koi karbi ho gi vo normal nahi ga ma apna zehan chang karny ki boaht tary krti ho dua bi kar rahi ho magr yeh kehalt maery zehan say nhi ja rahy dar lagta ha kay in kealat ka asar sach ma mery bachy par na ho jay kia asa sab kay sath hota ha plz mojy btay ma kia karo

Some time pregnancy mein kuch women ko depression ho jata hai. Jis ki waja say un ko ajeeb ajeed say hayal atay hain. Assa hona normal hai. Inshallah jub us ki birth ho ge, to ussay healthy Dekho ge. To app zroor happy ho ge.
Ek advice : Extra kam kernay mein dil lagyo. InshAllah sub theek ho ga.
