pelvic pain This lower abdominal pain or pelvic pain could be due to many reasons, most common causes of pelvic pain in girls are urinary tract infection or stones, vaginal or pelvic infection or it could be muscular pain. you did not mention any associated symptoms with it like any vaginal discharge, burning urination or any history of injury. you should take milk and fresh fruits daily and do mild exercise. watch for the associated symptoms, if above mentioned symptoms are present then consult doctor. without associated symptoms; this pain will be relieved with supportive measures like balanced diet and exercise. you can also do hot fomentation ( garam kapre ki sikaai), it is great for relief of this type of pain. |
