First of all Menstruation cycle main 5 say 6 din ka faraq parna normal hai. Har aik ki physique different hoti hai,kisi ka faraq sirf kuch dinon ka parta hai to kisi ka ziada din ka.Pehlay to ap apni diet balance kren,koshish kren k apki diet healthy rahey,apko vitamins especially vitamin B9(Folic acid) ki kami nai honi chaiay. Aur dusra ye k khial rhay k ap over-weight na ho jain,sometimes obesity b ye problem cause kr skti hai.
