Living abroad and Living is Islam are not so different unless you make it different. Your husband is your husband, if he chooses to indulge you through your back, and you stop him verbally, and he still chooses, the gunah is on him. Obviously you cant ruin your marriage with him just because he wants you from your back channel.
Health concerns: That area should be properly cleaned before and after such course, thoroughly with soap. Lots of bacteria, infection can be found in this area thats why being clean can save your health and that of his.
Again in Islam this is haram, Forbidden. There is a hadith in Islam, in which Prophet Muhammad SAW says, that "Makad maiN karne wala Malooni haiN" |

nooo its haram !
2 things haram in islam : sex from back and sex during menses. but i understand, im living in france and its common here too...but we are muslim, we have to follow our religion, not the country where we live... my husband love my ass too, so we often have sex in doggy style..and during this he slaped my ass... and its really good !!!! try it with your husband, maybe he will like it ?!
