 Back Pain After Cesarean Operation Of My Wife
Asalaam o Alikum
Thanks for all replies..
my wife had a back pain, some times high some times low..but it is always still there.. we had our first baby about 3 months old by operation..so is that the reason or any thing else.. she is just taking some mix vitamins tablets ad some times paracetamol.. so she has always pain in back ..can some one help please..and any solutions to get rid of stiches marks / operation line as well..

Back pain back pain ke liye aap ne kisi doctor ko dekhaya, agar dekhaya tu woh kya kehtay hai. aur agar nahi dekhaya tu mashwara yahi hai keh pehle aap apne doctor ko dekhain, agar on ke ilaj se bhi sahi na ho tu phir yaha se bhi mashwara le lain

Actually quite a large number of females experience back pain after child birth(normal vaginal delivery or Cesserian sction) . In some females recovery is fast and in others its slow. During pregnancy the ligaments and joints of lower area actually loosen up due to hormonal reasons and also due to the extra weight gain. These all things with combined change in posture (from sitting to standing or walking) in pregnancy because of increased belly size etc adds to back pain and its normal and it does continue at times months after child birth.
Added factors would be that if your wife gained a lot extra weight during pregnancy (than required) would have strained and would be straining her muscles and joints . Also if it was a c-section was she given general anesthesia or was she given spinal anesthesia?
At times females complaint back ache after having injection in spine.
Another reason could be poor nutritional status. make sure she takes calcium tablets/supplements as the demand is increased in pregnancy and breast feeding and less calcium may result in joint pain or backache. With good nutrition like milk and diary products.
However if it has radiation to lower tummy area or she complaints of fever vomiting or dizziness then you may get thoroughly checked. else its normal.

ya, well she had spinal inj. it was tough though, about 3months now. we have a baby boy ,Allhamdulliah..all is fine anyway.she doest complained a lot..but still getting this thing.. taking also normal vitamins some thing..not over weaight.. she is 23 yrs old.. ever slim..weight 51 .hight 5.8..ummm just told for u to get a better advise... how long is gona take to complet rid of this pain..also feeding at doing home works here.v r a smal family.. rest every body in pak..ummmm regards..

Re: Back Pain After Cessarian: Unfortunately many females complaint of pain in back after spinal injection though its advantages are way more than general anesthesia. Donot worry it will settle with time may take a while though. ask her to take calcium tablet daily and use dairy products like ghee butter milk n egg for calcium and vit D. while working or feeding baby maintain posture that does not produce strain on back.use pain killer if severe pain and heating pads or massage will also soothe her. |

jata hai k in the process kuch ho raha hai i mean k (baby k bary main)
or kitny dino bad check up kerwa sakty hain or hamal kam sy kam or ziada
sy ziada kitny dino ma ho jata hai.
