 Dear psychdoc
as i told u about my anxiety, it has been going on from 6-7 months, i went to doctar she gave me antidepresion tablets i rejected taking them coz i thought it's gone make me worse. i am trying to handle my anxiety my self and not take any medication. so my question is that how long is does anxiety take to get better.

Gulnaar.
The anxiety disorders are very common in young females ( and also in males). The good thing about anxiety disorders is that they are very much treatable. However, the bad thing is that without proper treatment they tend to persist for months to years sometimes. Our negative thoughts always play a big role in the development of anxiety. Family history of anxiety is another major risk factor( agar family mai aur members ko bhi anxiety hai).
Proper treatment of anxiety disorders is very important. Basically there are 2 treatment approaches to anxiety:
1) Medications: While I can't mention any specific medication name here as it is not allowed, but would like to mention that antidepressants in the SSRI group are very effective not only for depression, but also for anxiety. However, they take about 3-4 weeks to start working properly and have to be taken for atleast 6 months or so. The good thing is that they are not habit forming. There are other medications like benzodiazepines ( can't mention any specific names) that are effective also and work immediately, but unfortunately they are very habit forming and addictive ( the person becomes hooked to those medications).
2). Cognitive Behavior Therapy: Agar medicine nah laina chahain to aik specific therapy hoti hai jisa cognitive behavior therapy kehta hain. Ismain apna negative thoughts ko positive banane ki practice ki jaati hai, which then leads to reduction in anxiety.

Some advice Doctor Sahib mane bohat galat kam kae hain. Jis k wajah se mere semen kafe kamzoor hogae ha. Aur immediately discharge hone shuru ho jate ha. Aur mane hands se bhe bohat kuch kia ha. Mujh se yah sub kuch ho gia. Kia is ka koi Elaj ha. Ya koi aur cheez. And pennis takes time in erecting.

Dear brother,
Kya aap apna sawal thorra clear kar sakta hain. Aap na kaha hai keh aap immediately discharge hona shuru ho jaate hain, aur end main likha hai keh penis takes time in erecting. Agar aap clarify kar dain to sahih answer diya jaa sakta haa, because you are describing 2 completely different things.
Aap na yeh bhee kaha hai keh aap ka semen kamzoor ho gaya hai, kya aap ka matlab yeh hai keh semen patla ho gaya hai?

Explanation Mera main sawal yah he k mere semen patle ho gae ha because of the bad habits. ab himat nhe hote ha koi galat activity karne k. jab main galat kam karta tha tu mere penis time leta tha in erecting aur jaldi main down ho jata tha, aur discharge bhe ho jata tha immediately. aur kabhe kabhe kam bhe nhe hota tha.
