Tips To Drink Water In Summer

drink plenty of water , but be careful 
                                                         Garmiyon ka mosam aty hi paani ka istemaal b bharr jata hay , agarchy iss main koi shak nahi k buhat ziyada paseena kharaj hony aur dhoop k bayes jism main paani khushak ho jatahay aur iss waja sy garmiyon main jism ko paani ki buhat ziyada zarorat hoti hay

laiken hota yeh hay k piyaas ki shidat sy by haal log paani peety waqat buhat si cheezain bhool jaty hain jis k bayes yahi paani rehmat ban'ny ki bajaye zehmat ban jata hay 

lehaza zarori hay k paani peety waqt darj zail cheezon ka khiyaal rakha jaye
  • paani bismillah parr kar aur baith kar piyain
  • paani peeny sy pehly yeh daikha jaye k jis bartan yaa zariya sy paani piya jaraha hay aya wo saaf hay k nahi 
  • paani jis cheez main rakha howa hay aya wo saaf hay k nahi 
  • paani peeny k baad allah ka shukar ada karain 
yaad rahy k peeny ka paani buhat si mut'addi bemariyon ki waja ban sakta hay , jin ko aam tor par "water born diseases" yaani paani sy paida hony wali bemariyaan kaha jata hay , kuch bemariyon ko to hum achi trah janty hain jaisy k "ashaal" , "gastro" , waghaira

Garmiyon main alooda paani ki waja sy lahaq hony wali yeh aam bemariyan hain laiken iss k ilawa alooda paani peeny sy sangeen bimariyan b la haq ho sakti hain jaisa k "hepatitis" , lehaza zarorat iss baat ki hay k paani ko peety wat yeh baat yaqeeni banaiee jaye k paani har qism ki aloodgi sy saaf aur pak hay

iss k ilawa paani peety waqt yeh ihteyaat b ki jain k 
  • taiz dhoop main sy aany k foran baad paani na piya jaye
  • aik dam buhat ziyada paani na piya jaye
  • amrood , kheera , kharbooza khany k forn baad paani na piya jaye
  • khany khany k foran baad yaani sath hi paani na piya jaye
alooda paani peeny k baayes kisi b kism ki na khush'guwaar alamaat jaisa k matli , qay , paichash , waghaira zahir hony ki sorat main foran aur bila takheer Doctor sy rajoo kiya jaye

G Bhar Kar Paani Piyain , Laiken Ihteyaat Lazim Hay

itni achi tips sharing k liye jazakAllah . general health k hawalay se aik do points maiN bhi add karna chahoNgi .

1. paani ko hamesha boil kar k piyeN ya paani ko alum se purify kar laiN.
2. summer meiN bhi bohat ThanDay paani koi avoid karaiN. koshish karaiN k taza paani piyeN yeh galay ki bohat si beemariyoN se bachata hae.
3. yakdam bohat sa paani na piyeN . yani aik hi nashist meiN. is se body cell phool kar baRay hojatay haiN aur body size increase karta hae.

tips ka operation clean up :)

1. paani ko hamesha boil kar k piyeN ya paani ko alum se purify kar laiN.

(*) pani ko jab bhi boil karaiN just aik josh /pahli martabah obalnay k baad choolha ban kardaiN... mosalsal obaltay rahnay say water ki quality kharaab hojati hai. taste kharab aur baaz minerals zaya hojatay haiN..... agar afford karsaktay houn to UV lamp walay water purifier say water ko clean karaiN yaa kissi achi company k mineral water use karaiN.... khanay peenay ki deger ashyaa ki tarah "peenay k paani" par bhi kharch karna seekhaiN :)


2. summer meiN bhi bohat ThanDay paani koi avoid karaiN. koshish karaiN k taza paani piyeN yeh galay ki bohat si beemariyoN se bachata hae.

(*) agar mumkin ho to baraf milaa paani nah piyaiN... cooler /fridge ka Thanda kia howa (idealy 22-24 deg C) pani piyaiN..agar room maiN A/C mostly chalta rahta ho to phir water bottles ko room maiN hi para rahnay daiN...issay fridge /cooler say guzaarnay ki zaroorat nahi.. bazaar k baraf say khaas taur say parhaiz karaiN k yeh amooman dirty water say commercially banaa.ay jatay hain


3. yakdam bohat sa paani na piyeN . yani aik hi nashist meiN. is se body cell phool kar baRay hojatay haiN aur body size increase karta hae.

(*) pani ka aik glass bhi kam az kam 3 ghoNT maiN peena chaahiyeh... nehaar mouNh (wash room jaanay say bhi qabal) at least 2 full glass of water zaroor piyaiN.....piyaas lagay yaa nah lagay...din bhar maiN 10-12 glass water zaroor piyaiN... garmiyouN maiN bahar aanay jaanay ki soorat maiN iss say bhi zayad pani piyaiN...but waqfah waqfah say...... kaanay say zara qabal pani zaroor piyaiN but khaanay k fauran baad nah piyaiN at least 1/2 hr tak

more operation required :)

maTTi k bartan ( muddy cooler, ghaRa) meiN paani rakhnay se automatically sterilized hojata hae aur cool bhi hota hae aam paani ki nisbat.

khanay k dauraan ya fauran baad green tea peenay se khana jaldi digest bhi hojata hae aur fats bhi nahi bantay. Pk meiN warm water drink nahi kiya jata isliye green tea khanay k baad use ki jaye.

kisi bhi beemari ki surat meiN water intake zyada laiN. saaf paani beemariyoN se bachata hae. ( medicine bhi zaroor laiN sirf paani se ilaaj na karaiN :)
