hello

hello ji tusi anj karo dry food khao zada se zada aur fast food khaya karo.din ma 4 dafa khao .
nashta 2 ya 1,5 paratha with anda.than duphair ko 3 rotiyan with dahi aur salan,
pir sham ko tee k sath kch mitha cake wagara aur pir raat ko 2 rotiyan with salan aur jb sone lago to ek glass dhood ma badam day k gram gram piyoooooooooo.
Inshallah eh month ma hi hero banjao gay.

sub se pehly running( nashtay se pehly
us k bd 4-6 eggs (1 zardi) 4-6 banana, with a glass of milk lo. yai aap ka nashta hoa.
10 baja tak kuch zaror khao....... jaisy kuch fruits, sagudana
phir lunch..........jo bhi aap khana khatay hoo us se zaida khao
isi tarha sham mai phir kuch na kuch zaror khao
is k bd gym jana bht zarori hy.......gym jao aur weihgt lifting karo.
raat k khana mai jo bhi khao, thora ka khao.......khana k bd thora sa gap do aur eik glass milk peo.

us k bd walking karo 30 mint tk kisi park mai

in sub k sath sath khyl rakhna k fast food kam se kam khao, isi tarha deep fired khana bhi kam se kam........aur green tea jitni pe sako peo.

ap balai wala dood piyo jis doodh ki balai utri ho us se weight gain nai hota

agr hosake to din main ak bar desi gee ki chori khao r banana shake ya jst bnana khao daily manaka khane se b weight barta hai lunch n breakfast ko ahista ahista zada kao i mean zada khao chawal hr dosre din khaoo pir dekhna wazan kese bharta hai mera weight 39 THA ab 50 hai 3month main bhara isi routein se jo n khao zada masale wali mat khana

daily dahi khane se b wazan barhata hai
